Ok, that statement comes off a bit like the marketing crap put out by oil companies and healthcare conglomerates. But in this case, it is actually true. As I’ve progressed in my career, I’ve come to understand what things excite me: the opportunity to solve really complex problems, to work with world-class people and organizations, and to know that I’m making a measurable, positive impact on the business and the world.
Have I always achieved this goal? No, but it does inform my career decisions now and going forward. Thank you for your attention and consideration.
